  1. Postcardy says:

I could see a 2004 date on the upper left stamp, but I couldn't find it with the other 2004 stamps. So it still seems like a mystery.

Both cancellations seem to be the same but are not very clear. The part that I could read didn't say anything special.

  2. They are very beautiful stamps, especially the wedding headdress. Wealthy girls must have strong necks. :)

Postcardy, thanks for that. How could I miss the it? LOL. Must get new pair of glasses! I wonder why it's not in the list...

Sheila, I chuckled at your comment. It made me look up images of Dagestan brides on Google :)

  4. Lisa B says:

The jewellery on the stamp is beautiful!

  5. Ann says:

I actually love the green and blue in the coloring of the diamond shaped stamp.

Great stamps! I haven't clicked on your links yet, must do that. So much to learn on each Sunday! thanks for participating.

What a nice selection of stamps, that is a special card from a thoughtful sender. Due to the clue of 2004 I can say the 'unknown' stamp is from a miniature sheet for the 60th Anniversary of the Soviet Army in 1944. Here is the link:
